Pampanga is best known for its delicious food that is why it is not surprising that it is named as the Food capital of the Philippines.
Here are some of best food (for the author) in Pampanga.
Sisig
Sisig originated in Pampanga. It is made in pork’s ears, fried and chopped into pieces, and put some spices. It is best for ‘pulutan’ or ‘ulam’.

Camaru
Camaru are insects that are from farms. Kapampangans fry them or cook it as adobo.

Frogs (adobo or fried)
These frogs are from farms too so they are much cleaner than the frogs seen on cities. Like Camarus, kapampangans fry them or cook them to adobo, too.

Buro
Buro is a fermented rice or fish. It is best as ‘ulam’.

Achara
Is made of papaya. It tastes sweet and sour.
